Consistent with the above business objectives, Celtic will operate a world-class, efficient business maximizing the return to all parties on all investments by focusing assets in the three areas of experienced personnel, best of breed technology, and equipment supply management. It is our intent to take the above objectives and apply them to our new business lines as they develop.
