Physical Locations / Infrastructure

As outlined earlier, the focus will be to minimize business capital & expenses to maintain a profitably managed operation. This will be done through close financial oversight as well as by managing overhead and equipment costs. To accomplish this, Celtic will launch operations with operating offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Detroit as well as with remote sales offices in San Francisco, Indiana, Michigan, and other key locations, as business opportunities merit.

All other infrastructure will be leveraged, and in many cases committed equipment from outside service providers. This equipment will not be purchased or owned by Celtic and assuming successful relationships with the outside providers, will be available without penalty if properly utilized.
