The services of Celtic will be offered through our team’s existing network of target customer contacts. As the business grows, appropriate sales management and staff will be added to expand these customer relationships and cultivate new customer opportunities.

Celtic is designed to serve a wide variety of customers, while providing all customers unmatched customer service. Celtic will target customers in all tiers – Fortune 500, second tier large corporations, middle market, as well as smaller businesses requiring more specialized attention from Celtic’s experienced staff. For the railroads, a portion of Celtic’s business will be new revenue opportunities due to new industry regulations (hours of service). This should bring a significant amount of new medium-haul business previously not shipped by rail. As our business evolves it is our intent to quickly add to our menu of services, such as highway, as well as international. As we roll out these products we will identify our process as they relate to these new business lines.

We are currently compiling additional detail on the specifics of the planned sales and marketing approach, including a listing of prospective customers, key target messaging, pricing framework, competitive analysis, as well as market sizing information will be included in a separately documented Sales & Marketing Plan.
